What do you look for in a movie?
Is it the Story line Or the Performance Or Actors?
What pushes you to go to a movie and like it ?

I go to movies for having some entertainment. I like actions and comedy. I don't like serious movies. If some actor is putting too much effort in acting a film, I would like to see what he has done in that film. In the same way, If any film is made with big budget, I would like to see that. |

Generally I go to movie to see the comedy. But I also look for good theme in the story of the film. There are many good ideas which we can adopt in our life which you can find from the films. I like to see the fighting spirits of the hero. Apart from this, I also enjoy good music and some beautiful natural scenes in the movie. |

I will go and see a movie only if the storyline attracts me. There should be something different content tried by the director instead of running into same old ditch. For me, storyline is the first point of consideration for watching a movie.
Then definitely I can say, the actress should be beautiful...!! :-) |

Good insights guys. I generally go to a movie to feel the theater atmosphere.
These days piracy made it so easy to get a new movie right at your door step that a lot of people chose to stay home and watch rather than going to a theater and see it.
I pity them, because nothing can replace the feeling you get when you watch the movie on the Big screen. Even now if there is any big star movie releasing I always prefer watching it on the big screen, no matter how boring it is. |

Interesting question... it really depends on my mood. Sometimes I just need something to relax, to make me feel good. Other times, I need a movie that is about something that really interest me, or to have a meaning, a meaningful content.
I also look at the performance of the actors as well as to the story line. Among my favorite movies are the War Movies and Comedies. |
